Fingers are an essential part of handstands, and the key component of balance.
By accurately pushing and relaxing, they maintain us in the desired state of seeming stillness.
But contrary to our feet, their rebalancing patterns are probably not written in our DNA.
We can’t just hop upside down and expect them to cope on.
We need to show them what they’re supposed to do.
