What to do when things (whatever that is currently for you) aren't working.
This, to have better sessions.
To not insist when things aren't working.
But also to learn to pin down what may be happening and prioritise your program effectively.
There are three levels that this is particularly useful for:
When we are starting to FS,
when we are climbing the 15 second mountain, and when we are getting used to piking.
