Your program
The program is called the Personal Capsule. It is where your personal program is hosted and updated every week.
You will find your Personal Capsule by heading to Docs → Personal Capsules.
The new tutorials you are introduced to will be posted directly into your personal capsule.

I didn’t receive my review.
The reviews take btw 12 - 36 hours to be ready. If you don’t see your review as expected, notify me asap, it is probably stuck in the pipes (that is, it is done, ready, I copied the link of the review video but… didn’t paste it. Happens more than you think).
To notify me, do not comment on your video: post in Your burning questions or send me a DM, I will see those more readily.
Clinics
Clinics are online 1-2-1 events where we can zoom on anything handstand-related and troubleshoot potential roadblocks in your program.
When you have a clinic, I usually reprogram a good few things in your program. Therefore, the homework review on that week and the following are cancelled, to give you time to absorb the new content and train properly before
Some students like to make it about Q&As, others come with specific drills to clarify in mind, and yet others show up and say “torture me". It’s up to you which format you want to pick.
Clinics are 30-minute long. You will need to book your spot using the calendar in your personal space.
If the time slots are outside of your waking hours, message me to see if we can organise something.
Come prepared to your clinic to make the most of this time together:
- have questions ready if you have any
- warm-up so that we don’t spend time doing that, I’ll probably ask you to do things upside down!

Homework
Your weekly homework has to be < 4 minute long, in one file. To do this, we will use video editors, either on your recording phone or on a laptop.
Post it in the 💌Homework Section in HeartBeat on the designated day we agreed on during our 1-2-1 call.
