How long have you been practicing handstands?

Yes. In person for about 6 months. Then I had to stop. I also am a part of YFS. I avoided handstand for almost a year.

What did you really like about your previous forms of training?
In person, it helped get over my fear slowly. However, it came back. I also liked that I had some accountability. It’s hard to motivate myself to practice.

Finding balance and getting over my hear of handstand.

Fear. Also, my wrists get sore.

Not sure to be honest. I am a parent to 3 kids and my husband works long hours. I spend most of my time caring for them. I always find time though when I need to do something.
