Module 3 is where things get spicy.
Now that you have the basis of a bail, we want to keep building our self-trust to the point where we can take off the wall and bail.
We’re not trying yet to balance, although it’s always a good plus.
More so, we want to be able to take-off the wall C2W in a clean fashion, through our alignment, and bail in a calm, controlled manner.
This may take a bit of time, and ingenuity in the ways we design your training program.
This is why you will find modules here and after, like the Experiment, that are designed to place your body in slightly uncomfortable positions.
You’ll realise that some of these drills don’t trigger anything at all in you, while others make you want to come back down to the floor immediately.
Remember: the magic is to be found in the uncomfortable zone, not the comfort zone, not the fear-panicky zone.
This third step of the yellow belt can last long enough in some students.
If that’s you, feel free to keep progressing in other areas - like alignment or balancing - by browsing through the following steps, until we fully conquer the commitment of taking off the wall C2W and bailing.
