The goal 🎯 in the Yellow Belt is to convert a C2W Hold where your feet are ON the wall, tethered to the wall, to a C2W OFF Hold, ie you’re balancing OFF the wall.

This, of course, requires you to have conquered the first layers of fear.

Worry not, this is what we will do together.
The intermediate steps, in a nutshell, are:
C2W Hold ON → C2W Hold light → C2W Hold light + bail → C2W Hold continuously lighter + bail → C2W take off + bail

Here are the first and final steps:

For now, take stocks of:
  1. How long your C2W Holds are.
  1. How close to the wall your hands are. We need to bring them to one foot and a half away from the wall if it’s not already the case.
  1. How light your foot on the wall is (while staying safe and in control).

Post in the group the results of 1 and 2.

Practice C2W Holds EVERY session or so. We will only conquer fear if we do so.
Pay attention not just to the seconds on the timer, but to the lightness of your foot against the wall.
