In our understanding of alignments in handstands, a core component we have introduced in the White Belt is shoulder flexion - extension.
Flexing (opening) the shoulders makes your pelvis move overhead.
This brings you more overshot, for better or worse.
The amount of flexion or extension in your shoulders will dictate the position of your pelvis in space.
In turn, this pelvis placement will call for specific leg positioning.
