If you’re new to the method, the following is for you.
Over the last decade, I have created… close to one thousand ressources to help my students achieve their handstand goals.
It didn’t start like that obviously.
But the more I teach, the more individualities I meet.
A student would get stuck with a specific drill… and after a bit a reframing we end up designing together a new method altogether than then benefits the next person who faces a similar challenge.
Little by little, my knowledge base grew into a full encyclopedia.
In the curriculum, you’re stepping into my Library… I’m pretty sure it’s the most comprehensive available on the planet, because of my philosophy: you are quite unique, and if something doesn’t click with you despite giving it enough time, it’s probably that we can find another key to fit the lock!

I don’t way you to get lost in the maze.
There is a method to the madness, and that’s why I want you to start here.
Go through the modules first.
take the time to digest them.
Here is a roadmap of a realistic, intense timeframe to remind you you’re not supposed to digest it all in one go:
Week 1: Introduction.
Getting familiar with the tools, submitting your first homework, implementing first feedbacks.
Week 2: The Kick-up.
- Understanding the progressions, seeing the progression that you are at, the one just before (you’ll focus on that on bad days) and the one just after (you’ll aim for that).
- Approaching the difference between both legs.
- Introducing shoulder flexion.
In due time (after the initial 6 weeks) we will revisit the Kick-up through 4 pillars - Alignment, Momentum, Tension and Fingers.
- Getting familiar with the Golden rules.
Week 3: Alignment 101.
- Understanding the 1st stack: hands need to be going forward enough (the roots of our handstand tree).
- Introducing the concept of reshaping, lightness at the wall and counterweights. Improving our shoulder flexion-extension.
In due time (after the initial 6 weeks), we may expand on the 1st stack if you tend to planche forward.
Week 4: Fingers 101.
Understanding the push - relax basic mechanism, and further progressions like the double push if you’re a bit more advanced.
Week 5: Zoom on fear.
- Evaluating what can be done C2W and FS, the progression that you are at, the one just before (you’ll focus on that on bad days) and the one just after (you’ll aim for that on good days).
- Improving understanding of shoulder flexion in the 2nd stack.
Week 6: Assembling the puzzle together.
- Taking stocks on your progressions on all 4 pieces of the handstand puzzle.
- Acknowledging strong suits as well as areas that’ll need more refinement.
- Creating “a new shape” at the wall.
- Documenting “your shape”

Week 7: Introducing Macro-corrections
- testing the 4 different macro-corrections
- selecting your favorite
- falling towers
- elevators
