We enter the exciting world of piking.

Remember: changing or improving our line hardly ever rhymes with longer and more frequent holds.
As you navigate this shift, you need to remember to own your handstand, to have fun with it, to think of new lines as a long-term goal.
It is absolutely fine, but even necessary, that you rein yourself back in and practice handstands for good aul’ handstand sake - no pretty lines, just feeling strong in your handstands.
How much?
At first, I’d recommend to spend 1/3 of your time on piking, and the rest on consolidating your handstand for consistency and duration.
