I have some good news: you’re officially not a beginner anymore!
Now that you have established the foundations of alignment and kick-up at the wall, it is time to zoom on the other two elements of our handstand equation:
Handstands = Kick-up + Alignment + Balance - Fear
In doing so, we will learn to divorce the wall, and start catching up our first seconds away from the wall.
And more good news: level 6 should be actually pretty easy to do, compared to the previous level.
The goal here is simply to bail - exit the handstand - in the easiest contexts of them all: Back to wall (b2W).
As a not-so beginner (yellow belt),
Your mission is to conquer the second mountain: divorcing the wall, and freezing in the middle of the room, almost every single time. To do so, you will have to develop excellent timing in your finger control, refine your alignment and kick-up, and most importantly start conquering fear.
