Your homework
Your homework is a way for me to see how your week went. The more I get to know you, the more personalised the program and the homework become.
To know what to send, look at the “ 📹To Send” column of your training program.
You can post your homework video in the Facebook Group.

âť—Group your videos into one as to avoid posting 10 mini videos that are hard to navigate.

Your wins 🏅
When you achieve a massive win, post it immediately into the group - no need to wait for homework, we’ll be here cheering and celebrating it!

A few notes…
→ Send what I ask, not just what you want - unless there is time left at the end of your submission.
→ When sending one video, keep it < 4 minutes. Respect the time limit, but make good use of it.
→ Record in one go if the technical part (adding several videos through an editing software) wrecking your head.
→ Record sideways, when possible.
→ There will be one review per week. Those can’t be added up if you skip one week.
→ Do the drills, even those you don’t like ;) → Tell me about your experience and insights of the week as you post - the more you think about what you’re doing, ask questions, question the point of it even, the quicker you learn.
