Now that we have covered the bases, we can start working off your individual program and goals, using:
→ online 1-2-1s: at the beginning of each cycle, we have an online in-depth consultation were we work on your goals, assess and test to ensure a tailor-made program.
→ the Belt Curriculum: We need different drills and concepts at different stages of the journey. The Belt Curriculum creates milestones along your journey: Your first freestanding handstands, Your first 15 seconds, Your first pike shapes, Your first shape shifting, Your first press.
For each of these, I have designed a specific curriculum, just like the Accelerator!
→ personalised homework: we step away from the group homework to zoom in on a program made for you, adapted to your goals and schedule.
