Homework

Navigating your priorities
Please note that I want to you to adapt the homework depending on:
  • what I mentioned in your assessment/comments. If you were advised to work on one specific shape, please adapt accordingly. If you were advised to add specific drills, please d oso.
  • your energy and soreness. Manage it. Don’t push through pain. Think long-term.
This week’s homework
There are quite a few concepts to get used to this week. I’d start with that, watching / listening to the videos (or 3 of them first, and the next three in the following session) once, before starting the homework. Practice without understanding the why behind the drills will never be as efficient.
Take the time to go through the program, the different progressions and design your session.
Remember it’s absolutely fine to have smaller, 15 minutes session.
